It is only eight weeks into the whole process, but we wanted to let you know that Mia and I are expecting. Mia has not been feeling well, crappy in fact, so we went to have a check up. She tested positive on her home test about 4 weeks ago, but because of our experience late last year, we were a bit uncertain about how she was doing.
Some of you may know, I am not a big fan of fetal ultrasounds, but I really thought it was necessary to do for peace of mind and for the health of both of them.
The funny thing about the whole thing is that the approximate due date (the guess that the doctor makes) is October 18th.... Avery's birthday!

Mando...wow...congrats...hope Mia is well. This was an interesting way to find out...will pass on the news to Julie...
BTW...great pic of the "corn husker", Avery...I put the pic on my desktop...I like the little piece of corn on the side of her head...
